Our Process

Application Deadlines:
Grants are made throughout the year on an ongoing basis so please apply when you have collected the required information.  Applicants can expect at least a 3-month wait time for a decision on their final application.

Application Procedure:
As our application procedure takes time we suggest that applicants initially send a short proposal of one or two pages.   If we feel the project fits within our scope, the applicant will be invited to submit a complete proposal and will be advised of the level of detail required.

Reporting:
Successful applicants will be asked to develop an informal communication plan with us, the success of which may determine future funding.   The plan may include verbal, written, digital (video or photo), performances, or events.  If we would like to use any of your submitted material on this website we will seek your permission first.
